The CQC report for the Lunesdale Surgery is available here. We were last inspected on the 6th September 2016 and achieved an overall "good" rating.

GP Earnings
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.The average pay for GPs working in the Lunesdale Surgery in the last financial year was £49,791 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full time GP and 7 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
Telephone Call Recording
Incoming calls to the Lunesdale Surgery will be automatically recorded. This information is stored on the hard drive of one of our computers and can only be accessed by a doctor if they wish to review a conversation they have had with a patient. Or if a complaint/query is made in regards to a conversation that we need to investigate further. Only the Practice Manager can access this information.
Violent and abusive patients statement:
We will not tolerate abusive or violent behaviour shown towards any member of staff or other persons within the practice premises. If this occurs, the individual concerned will be removed from our list.
