We have a practice policy of a 28 day supply of repeat items (3 months for HRT and contraception). If more is needed due to holiday, please mention when ordering.
Please allow 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your prescription to be processed.
If the items you are requesting are not on your repeat prescription list, processing may take longer than 3 working days.
As a rural practice we can dispense to any patient who lives more than a mile from the local pharmacy. Current legislation means we are unfortunately not allowed to dispense to patients who reside within one mile surrounding the pharmacy. If this affects you; we can arrange for your prescription to be automatically sent to the local pharmacy when ordered. Or, it can be left on the 'CLIP' in the dispensary for you to collect and take to a pharmacy of your choice.
