Prescription Delivery
We are very proud of our prescription delivery service run by volunteers from the local community. This service delivers once weekly, every Tuesday morning.
Please be aware this service is only available to dispensing patients who collect medications from the dispensary.
To be eligible for deliveries, we ask that you are:
Over 60 AND
House-bound (but can get to the door - our volunteers cannot come into your house and prescriptions cannot be left without a signature) OR
Struggling to get into the surgery due to transport difficulties.
To request deliveries, please fill in a consent form below and return it to the dispensary.
