Request a home visit

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

This is for reasons of clinical safety and ensuring equitable access to care for all of our patients. All home visit requests should ideally be made before 10:30 and will be triaged by the duty doctor. In some cases remote consultation and advice, district nurse input or hospital attendance may be the most appropriate course of action.
